Sharn is an experienced trainer who facilitates professional development for the Metropolitan Police, delivering training that supports officers in strengthening community engagement, communication, cultural awareness, and relationship-building. She also trains community professionals — engagement advisors, support workers, mentors, youth practitioners, coaches, and frontline staff — equipping them with practical tools to build trust and deliver meaningful support.
As a business development coach, Sharn works with entrepreneurs, start-ups, charities, and established businesses to help them grow strategically and sustainably — providing coaching on business planning, leadership, partnerships, funding readiness, and long-term growth.
